若能幸遇一位关心和同情三板、有志于社会和谐、公平的人大代表，能针对
三板现状写一个初步调查报告，再把我们的议案和材料一并提交本次人民代表大会，
那将会功德无量啊 那样三板就有希望了。
  时间已经紧迫，务请各地的三板朋友利用一切机会和渠道，千方百计，积极
联系各地人大代表，把三板股民的心声呈送人民代表大会。
